There are three specific things I need to see from Sony if that PlayStation Showcase does come to fruition.

With only Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 confirmed to be on the horizon for 2023, Sony has a lot to prove during its next showcase. PlayStation has had a rough start to 2023, with console exclusive Forspoken garnering mixed reviews, the PlayStation VR2 impressing critics while underperforming in sales, and The Last of Us Part 1’s PC port being broken at launch. A third-party focused State of Play happened in 2022, but now Video Games Chronicle’s Andy Robinson and Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb are both suggesting that a more first-party oriented "Showcase" could be on the way sometime during the next month, potentially during the week of May 25. I guess I gotta download em and play with LittleStar.ĭid find alot of actual video rollercoasters but alot of them get so damn shaky they're not that great. It’s that time of the year again when industry insiders are teasing that a big PlayStation Showcase will happen around June. Tried youtube VR but streaming quality seemed quite bad on 360 footage for some reason and alot of the 3D animated rollercoasters etc. (Both free, so I recommend em to you too)

Thought about the animation movies Allumette and Invasion! next. Showed Oceans Descent and they loved it (even the shark one that made my sister scream and turn away from the shark repeatedly lol) and said if I figure out more cool stuff to show em, they'll be happy to try em. They're not really familiar with games so dunno if they'd be willing for that. with the exception of basically experiences that my mother and sister could watch. I'm also curious to possibly pick up some recommendations from here.
